Sometimes, when it comes to change, I see just as many high quality talented people with great qualifications and some and in some situations with perfect qualifications. People on the entrepreneurial side go where their job is and some people will actually go to a very successful venue and can get away with it. Even so, they need their leaders to have such good mentors who are prepared and follow up hard work.
